Congratulations on your skills as a teacher and your readiness to teach others how to become teachers of the Awakening Your Light Body Course.

We have formed the following agreement to make clear what LuminEssence expects of you and what you can expect from LuminEssence. LuminEssence may revise or refine this agreement as we benefit from your feedback and hear about your experiences, and you will be given the opportunity to meet any future requirements and agreements. All of our policies are designed to support the success of your students in learning the light body skills, and your success as a teacher of these skills. This agreement is in effect until notified of changes.

Your Qualifications to Become a Radiance: Transmitting Light Teacher
You have demonstrated commitment to teaching the Light Body, to supporting the stability of the Light Body gridwork through your work with your students, and through honoring your agreements with us. You have taught Awakening Your Light Body courses to a number of classes, and intend to continue to teach these courses to a number of years. You have taught self-exciting skills, the frequencies, and intend to continue to do so. You are creating a light body community of teachers and students who value this as a spiritual path and will support its power and integrity.

Playing DaBen's Nine Journeys from the Awakening Your Light Body Course for Your Classes
You agree to instruct your teachers to play the nine required DaBen journeys for their classes, or have their students purchase the set of the nine required plus three suggested DaBen journeys to listen to. The journeys are available as the International Light Body Study course, which includes the transcripts of all 12 sides (LB001). These 9 journeys are also available as a part of DaBen and Orin's six-part Awakening Your Light Body course.

Requirements for Your Students to Become an Awakening Your Light Body Teacher
The requirements for your students to teach the Awakening Your Light Body course is the completion of the Awakening Your Light Body course, as well as the completion of the Radiance: Self-Exciting-Building Your Light Body course, either through DaBen and Orin's audio course, or through live seminars with you or other authorized teachers. Your students may attend your Radiance: Transmitting Light course without having learned the self-exciting skills, however they may not teach without knowing the self-exciting skills.

It is highly recommended that to be effective in teaching that every teacher own the six-part Orin and DaBen Awakening Your Light Body course, or the official language version if one exists for your language. If they do not own either, they must own the International Light Body study course (LB001) with the nine required DaBen journeys to play for their classes. It is also recommended that the teachers you are training own DaBen's Radiance: Self-Exciting Building Your Light Body Course.

While it is not required that the teachers you are training own DaBen and Orin's Radiance: Transmitting Light course, we ask that you let your students know about it as a meaningful complement to the live class that you are teaching.

Whom You May Teach
You may teach Radiance: Transmitting Light to any of your eligible students, and to those who are drawn to your flyers and announcements. We ask that you use your discretion in promoting your work to other teacher's students, and not solicit their students if they, too are a Radiance: Transmitting Light teacher. You do not need other teachers' permission to allow their students into your courses. You may teach anywhere except in the USA. If you plan to teach in the USA, you will need to sign a separate USA agreement with LuminEssence.

Reporting Requirements / Privacy Information for You and Your Students
You agree to notify LuminEssence of your light body classes and dates. We will transmit to you and your students during your class dates. We ask that you send us your Radiance: Transmitting Light students' names and addresses so that we can keep track of all light body graduates and the skills they have learned. However, we recognize that some students may not want to release their addresses or email information, so please do send us their names even if you cannot send address information.

You agree to require that your Awakening Your Light Body teachers send us their class dates and students names and addresses if available so we can transmit to them and their students during their classes. When light body students contact us to explore what their next step might be, or whether they are eligible for a particular seminar or course, this allows us to give them proper advice, including referring them to their teacher (you or your Awakening Your Light Body teachers) and to any graduate light body courses you or their awakening your light body teacher is offering.

Please note that the names and addresses you and your Awakening Your Light Body teachers send us are completely confidential. We never sell or rent names to anyone for any purpose. When we receive the names of your teachers, and later the names of their Awakening Your Light Body students, we will send a newsletter to anyone who is new to LuminEssence. Students will receive one or two newsletters. After that, they will hear from us only if they continue to contact us. If students do not wish to receive a newsletter, please indicate "No Mail" after their names and they will not be sent a newsletter.

We would also appreciate Email addresses if available. We usually send several Emails a year, to notify people of worldwide meditations. If students do not wish to receive these notifications, indicate "No Email."

Your Agreements with Your Awakening Your Light Body Teachers - KEY AREAS
You agree to hand out the Teacher's Guide (LBT) to your course participants and to discuss in class the main principles and points in this guide. You may also download the Teacher's Guide for free. If your students do not read English, you may translate this Guide into your own language.

Before teaching, we ask that your students sign and return to LuminEssence the Awakening Your Light Body teacher's agreement contained in the LBT Teacher's Guide or available at the link. They can simply let us know they have read the agreement and agree to the terms without sending it back to us.  With this agreement, your teachers will be considered an Awakening Your Light Body teacher, can be listed on our website, and will qualify to purchase DaBen and Orin's Awakening Your Light Body course (LB111-LB116) for their students at the discounted teacher's prices. Graduates of your or DaBen and Orin's Radiance: Transmitting Light (LB851) course are entitled to a discount on the Frequencies of Vision, Precision, Intensity, Clarity, Harmony, Brilliance, and Transparency audio courses if they already own these albums.

Your light body teachers will be able to set up a page on our website that will contain their students information, class dates and so on.

The Awakening Your Light Body recordings your light body teachers make during their classes may be made available only to students who attended their live Awakening Your Light Body classes.

Please make sure your Awakening Your Light Body teachers know that their students may not use their Awakening Your Light Body seminar recordings to sponsor others, nor may they sell their Awakening Your Light Body recordings to anyone who did not attend their live class.

If these teacher's Awakening Your Light Body students want to sponsor others in learning the light body skills, these other people will either need to attend an Awakening Your Light Body seminar taught by a qualified light body teacher, purchase DaBen and Orin's Awakening Your Light Body six-part course, or use the official course for your language, if they exist.

Please do not make your own agreements with students that confuse or dilute the LuminEssence agreements. Use LuminEssence's agreements so that there are uniform standards among light body teachers who are offering Radiance: Transmitting Light courses.

How to Schedule and Price the Radiance: Transmitting Light Course
You may make audio recordings of your live seminars available to your students who attended the course. You may purchase the DaBen and Orin's Radiance: Transmitting Light course at a discounted teacher's price. 

Continuing Education for Your Students
You agree to support your Radiance: Transmitting Light students' continuing education in the Light Body work, encouraging them to:

Learn the frequencies that fill in the light body; learn all the light body skills which you can teach.
Please refer to the Light Body Teacher's Guide for the importance of continuing education for teachers.
Let your students and future light body teachers know that it is highly recommended that they assist at an experienced light body teacher's live class prior to embarking on teaching their own live Awakening Your Light Body course live class. This is especially true for those who have never taught any kind of course previously.

Clear Focus for Your Classes
In your Radiance: Transmitting Light classes you agree to focus on teaching people to successfully teach the light body. Please minimize your advertising of other seminars or courses and let the focus be on your students and setting them up to become successful light body teachers. Do not combine light body teachings with other processes and disciplines that you may be teaching or involved in, and ask your light body teachers to not combine their teaching with other processes and disciplines.

Your Radiance: Transmitting Light Course Structure
Courses should be structured and taught in the same way that DaBen and Orin teach these courses. You may refer to our Radiance: Transmitting Light course for information about this. Your students agree to call their classes “Awakening Your Light Body“ classes.

Listing on www.orindaben.com Website
You can be listed on our website as a Radiance: Transmitting Light teacher if you have sent us your student's names and addresses, your class dates within a year, and you have signed and fulfilled the requirements of this agreement. Your students, who are becoming Awakening Your Light Body teachers, will also be listed on our website when they have fulfilled all requirements and signed a Teacher's Agreement, and have sent us class dates and student's names and addresses within the last year.

What You May Say in Your Flyers
Refer to the Awakening Your Light Body Teacher's Guide for general guidelines. You may say that you have been authorized by LuminEssence to teach this course. You may announce your Radiance: Transmitting Light classes on the Internet. You agree to call this the Radiance: Transmitting Light Teacher's course.

Authorization to Teach is Revocable
We reserve the right to revoke your privileges for teaching the Radiance: Transmitting Light course. This might happen because the requirements may change and you have not chosen to meet the new requirements; because you have not fulfilled these agreements; or for other reasons. Before taking such an action, we will give you feedback and the opportunity to discuss and correct any situation.

I, __________________________________________________,  promise LuminEssence Productions that I will honor these agreements to preserve the tradition of teaching the Radiance: Transmitting Light course. I share the goal of providing as clear and powerful teachings to Awakening Your Light Body students as possible.
