I have been really enjoying the Luminous Body intro course. There is a good balance between Duane's insightful talks and the Daben's Journeys. In this volume in particular there were so many wondrous openings I began to lose count! It felt like I was reaching and sustaining states of experience far beyond what I have known in the past, even after many meditative experiences. I truly felt expanded and yet grounded in the the energies. It's an adventure every time I listen. Thank you for these profound teachings.
